"Turned Out Even Better Than I Hoped"
I wasn’t totally sure what to expect when I ordered it, but when the crystal arrived and I opened the box, I was surprised. It felt solid right away, not cheap or flimsy at all, and the crystal was super clear. The photo inside looked even better than I imagined it would. I kept turning it around to catch the light because it just looked so nice. Really happy with how it turned out.

"The Gift That Instantly Felt Right"
I got a 3D crystal made with my dad’s photo for my mom, and the second she opened it, she started crying happy tears. I’m usually the type to take the easy mental shortcut of thinking, “Will this actually mean something?” and this one just felt like an obvious yes. It didn’t feel like a regular gift at all. She keeps it on her nightstand now, which pretty much says everything. I’m really glad I ordered it...

"The engraving looked just like my photo"
I didn’t expect it to came out that good, but the 3D engraving really did look like my photo. The face details was clear, and even the little smile showed up better than I thought.
I buy it as a gift and was a little nervous waiting for it, but when it arrived it looked just right. I’m really happy with it and would definitely order again.

My crystal arrived packed really well and looked great as soon as I opened the box. The gift box was a nice touch and made it feel special without being over the top. My sister even commented on how the presentation was. No scratches or damage at all, and it was easy to open too. it looked even better than I expected...

"Took forever to show up"
The shipping took way too long. I kept expecting it to arrive, and it just didn’t. It showed up later than it was supposed to, which was really frustrating because the wait felt like forever. Just way too slow overall

"Nice idea, but it gets expensive fast"
The crystal itself looked fine, and I do think the idea is cute, but for the price I was expecting it to feel a bit more special. Once shipping and the little extras were added on, the total went up quickly. I wouldn’t say it’s bad, but I think a lot of customers might feel the same way I did — it’s just hard to see the value for what you end up paying

"I had a small issue with my order..."
I had a small issue with my order and messaged 3dcrystal.com, expecting the usual slow back-and-forth you get from some companies. But they replied quickly and explained what was going on in a way that actually made sense. It was sorted out without any hassle, which I appreciated. Kind of felt like they cared more than I first gave them credit for.
